David Skidmore is a real estate agent, and resident in Savannah Lakes Village who specializes in working with home buyers relocating from all over the country. David moved to Savannah Lakes Village in June 2018. After graduating from Southwestern College with a bachelor's in criminal justice, David went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps as a military police officer and was honorably discharged after four years of service. He went to serve a total of twenty-three years in law enforcement in Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. He then spent another fifteen years in the private sector where he was the Vice President of Global Security and Corporate Aviation with NCR Corporation. David is an avid golfer with a 6 handicap and is a former club champion. He was also a board member for the Rod & Gun Club in Savannah Lakes and was a member of the Board of Directors for the Savannah Lakes Property Owners Association. As a community Member, David enjoys the close sense of community in SLV and is motivated to help grow the community.

Kerry Hall is a real estate agent here at Savannah Lakes Village and a lifelong resident of Abbeville, South Carolina. She is remarkably familiar with the area. Prior to joining the SLR team, Kerry spent twenty-one years in the healthcare field of Occupational Therapy working in both Abbeville and McCormick counties. It was her responsibility to help patients recover after orthopedic surgery or illness while modifying their homes to make it safe for them to stay during the recovery process. This term is known as Aging in Place.

During her career in healthcare, she spent time decorating houses for friends and family, which eventually led to staging homes for realtors and homeowners who were having a tough time selling. In doing so, Kerry soon realized that she loved real estate and wanted to make a career change. In 2021, she became a licensed realtor, and combined her knowledge of assisting seniors with home safety modification with her passion of real estate. She specializes in construction and resales. In 2023, Kerry obtained her certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and in 2024, she obtained certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
